① Full customization
You can have your own design, material, and size for apparel and also the package bag, hangtag, etc. If not, we can arrange for our design person to do it, which will cost you the design fee.
② Design confirmation
After confirming the design details, we will start to make a sample for your confirmation.
③ Sample cost
Regarding the sample fee and time, it depends on your design and order quantity, it will refund you if the quantity is more than 1000 pcs.
④ MOQ of material
When the material is customized, our material supplier has a request on the MOQ of material. If you cant make sure to use all materials on the 1st, 2nd, or several times orders, we will collect a deposit for materials. However, this is will return the deposit to you when the material used out.
⑤ Sample confirmed
After you confirmed the samples, you can send us the order, and we can make the pre-production sample for you again. It can make you feel relieved about our quality.
⑥ Order delivery
When we almost finish the order, we will inform you of the packing details and the delivery date, you can arrange the shipment according to it. If you’re not clear about it, we also feel happy to do it for you. So, don’t worry if you’re first time doing business.
